Our network
Established in 1988, Housing Europe is today a network of 44 national and regional housing federations, as well as 16 partnering organisations in 31 countries in Europe. Together they manage around 25 million homes; about 11% of existing dwellings in Europe. Meet our network below.

Housing Europe’s value to members and partners
At a time when the access to affordable and decent housing is a major challenge in many countries (especially in urban areas) and among the priorities of most political agendas, the added value of being part of a wider, international alliance increases.
We support our network with policy advocacy, innovation through knowledge sharing and networking, as well as research and analysis of key housing trends, policies, and good practices to offer fact-based arguments.
I want to be a member or partner of Housing Europe
National organisations of providers building and/or managing public, cooperative, social housing in all EU countries (full members) or in non-EU Member States (associate members).
Academic institutions, public agencies, foundations, and other organisations that are working on housing research and policy (partners).
Non-governmental bodies unless no other organisation exists to represent the sector (observers).
If you want to contribute and vote to shape our advocacy strategy, participate in innovative EU-funded projects, receive exclusive information and data, and join member-only events.
Building strong alliances with partners
Housing Europe has always believed in cooperation with other organisations that share the same values and principles.
This is why it has built a network of strong alliances in the EU political scene.
