Since its establishment in 2021, the MR Housing Fund Np. Ltd. has been offering targeted housing solutions according to different target group focuses for the most sensitive and vulnerable social groups in terms of housing: people with disabilities, those raising their children alone, the homeless, refugees, those struggling with serious personal-lifestyle, existential-borderline and other housing difficulties.

The company has gained significant experience in recent years in the field of housing solutions for young people who have been released from child protection care. Based on these solutions and experiences, in cooperation with the Deputy State Secretariat for Social Affairs of the Ministry of the Interior, launched a targeted program – ’MOVE!’ – in January 2025 to support the independent start of life of such young people, within the framework of which we will offer them safe, affordable and sustainable housing solutions.

Beneficiaries can become owners of residential property – initially as tenants – within the framework of a predictable and affordable scheme tailored to their personal life situation, thus significantly reducing the disadvantages arising from their specific life situation. The program offers unique solutions that are not available to the beneficiary group on the market.

In addition to financial benefits, the program also provides stable, transparent contractual frameworks and target group-specific customer service and support solutions for young people and families. By the end of 2025, MR Housing will include 100 properties in the model program, which the beneficiary can access through a tender. During the design of the apartment, we pay special attention to the long-term affordability of the given housing and to the availability of an adequate labor market supply in their environment.
