The report of Housing Europe’s Board member from Estonia, Andres Jaadla on smart, sustainable, and affordable housing has officially been adopted at the EU's Committee of the Regions.
This is now an excellent tool for local authorities to face reverse demographic trends and contribute to climate objectives. The report would also allow the EU institution to adopt a new comprehensive position on the topic since 2017, when the world was a quite different place.
