Energiesprong (‘Energy jump’), the high-value construction and investment model for creating energy-neutral homes and regenerating neighbourhoods through a whole house ‘envelope’ retro-fitting package, is now being implemented successfully in France and other countries following its introduction in the Netherlands. USH member organisation, Vilogia is inaugurating the first project in France and is inviting anyone interested on Thursday, February 22nd in Lille- 30' train ride from Brussels- to have a close look at the multiple benefits of the scheme à la française.
