Reinventing affordable housing from the bottom up. Across Europe, housing is becoming increasingly unaffordable and a factor of exclusion. At the same time, citizens and housing practitioners organize to plan alternatives for more sustainable and inclusive communities. The European Collaborative Housing Day is an initiative of the CoHabitat Network facilitated by UrbaMonde in collaboration with a number of city-makers from across Europe and civil society organisations, including Housing Europe.
The initiative aims to showcase through various events over the course of the day the potential, opportunities and challenges of collaborative housing solutions. The day will kick off with the European Collaborative Housing Awards Ceremony- Housing Europe has been member of the Jury.
