POWER HOUSE Divided/Cooperative Ownership

CECODHAS Housing Europe Estonian Member, EKÜL, organises a TaskForce Workshop and Study Visit on the Power House framework aimed at covering the topic of Divided/Cooperative Ownership.

The aim of the workshop organized by EKÜL - the Estonian Union of Co-operative Housing Associations is to discuss the situation in different member states for divided and cooperative buildings and to address good organisational practices to facilitate the decision making process for renovation in the different national/regional legal framework. Successful experiences from different European countries will be presented, always focusing on limits and priorities for the application in multifamily buildings.
