Housing Europe and The International Union of Property Owners (UIPI) invite you to join the first webinar of a series of three looking at the challenges and opportunities that exist in the EU to develop energy communities, in the scope of the Horizon2020 ‘NRG2peers‘ project on June 9th, 10h GMT+1.
The event will provide local and national energy community stakeholders the opportunity to hear directly from EU policymakers and European experts on the development of energy communities legislation – especially the planned changes to the ‘Renewable Energy Directive’, which are due to be unveiled later this year. Attendees will also have the opportunity to engage with the speakers, to express their views on the future development of energy communities in the EU. Plenty of successful examples from the sector are already live on Housing Europe's Housing Evolution's Hub.
