Energy efficiency, social innovation, citizens’ empowerment, social inclusion and participation… What does this really mean in practice? How to achieve these goals in the housing sector? How can we empower tenants and inhabitants? Social landlords and tenants' representatives will exchange views on new societal challenges with EU and national stakeholders on the occasion of the International Tenants' Day 2014 at an international conference.
Alongside with the event, participants will have the chance to get to know to some of the most innovative projects across the EU that illustate in practice the idea of "responsible housing". The first edition of the ERHIN Awards has been a big success: 70 applications have been submitted by Social and Affordable Housing Providers from 12 different European countries. The 5 finalists of each category will be present and available for a networking exchange.
Organised by: Housing Europe, the International Union of Tenants and Delphis.
