FLW (member)

The Walloon Housing Fund (FLW) is a cooperative society entrusted with three missions of public interest: Providing families with the opportunity to obtain housing through  mortgage lending Enabling low income families with low to afford a rented accommodation; Advising, monitoring, coordinating and funding housing organizations with a social mission

The Fund also provides social support and advice on energy consumption to its borrowers and tenants. It may propose to the Walloon Government new housing policies. To carry out its missions, it receives funding from the Walloon Region.
