SPFI (partner)

The purpose and public mission of the Fund is to support sustainable development of municipalities, cities, and regions, as well as housing and tourism in line with the public interest and concepts, strategic documents, programs, and other documents approved by the government of the Czech Republic. The Fund also ensures the collection of monetary contributions from travel agencies into the guarantee fund of travel agencies and disburses funds from this fund by the law regulating certain conditions for business and the performance of certain activities in the field of tourism.

SFPI aims to:

• Achieve quality regeneration of the existing housing stock, leading to extended building lifespan and improved housing standards.
• Reduce the energy demands of housing, resulting in energy and financial savings.
• Construct and renovate apartments and residential buildings to provide dignified housing primarily for specific groups of residents.
• Cultivate and regenerate public spaces and explore new uses for areas with old building loads.

The mission of SFPI is to co-create favorable conditions for housing development, whether it refers to the quality of buildings designated for living, public spaces in proximity to these buildings and their broader surroundings, as well as motivating entities operating in the housing market to care for the housing stock at both national and regional levels.
