Housing Europe addresses UNECE HLM plenary in Geneva

On December 14th, Housing Europe President, Marc Calon spoke at the 76th session of the UNECE Committee on Housing and Land Management, addressing over 200 ministerial delegates from the ECE region and representatives of international organizations.
Marc highlighted the main challenges to achieving access to affordable and social housing in Europe and how to tackle them from the perspective of social, public and cooperative housing providers.
Housing Europe is working together with UNECE to make sure a strategy for affordable and sustainable housing4all (link available after 15.01.16) is adopted at Habitat III, and a joint conference will be held in Geneva in September 2016 together with our annual GA.
